HOW IS SHIPPING & DELIVERY?

Items ordered via this website are delivered free of charge in the Benelux for purchases of €200.00 or more. Any delivery costs for other countries will be communicated via the confirmation form. Delivery is made by our own services or a courier service or transport service designated by us.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday office hours, except public holidays. For deliveries by courier or transport service, we will send you the tracking number at the time of shipment, under which you can follow the progress and any updates regarding the status of the delivery. Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address.

Any visible damage and/or qualitative shortcoming of an item or other shortcoming during delivery must be reported by the customer immediately to NV VANTYGHEM.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

  1. You can return or exchange the purchased product within 14 days after the delivery date of the order. To exercise the right of return or request an exchange, you are required to contact us in writing (NV VANTYGHEM, Torhoutbaan 1, 8480 Ichtegem) or by email info@vantyghem.com inform you of your decision. Please state the order or invoice number. Costs for returning goods are at your expense.
  2. You must return it in the original packaging and in the condition in which you received it. You can also bring your order to the address NV VANTYGHEM, Torhoutbaan 1, 8480 Ichtegem.
  3. Then stick the prepaid label that is emailed to you on the packaging. Make sure this mailing label is protected.

 

WHAT ARE THE NECESSARY CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN/EXCHANGE OF GOODS?

  1. Please contact us first if you wish to return an item. You will receive a return message from us.
  2. Before submitting a return request, please check that the products meet the following conditions, in accordance with our terms of sale:
  3. The products must be intact, including any special packaging. Incomplete, damaged or used items will not be accepted.
  4. Returns must be made within 14 days after delivery of the order;

Items to be returned must be entrusted to the courier within 14 days of notification of the request from us;

  1. Returns can only be made from the country where delivery took place;
  2. Products must be purchased online at NV VANTYGHEM and not in our physical store in Ichtegem.

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE REFUND?

After receiving your return, we will check the status of the items before accepting them. This check can take approximately 3 - 4 working days after delivery.

The refund will be made as soon as possible after acceptance of the return, directly to the payment method used for the purchase and in the same currency.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE A CUSTOMIZED OR CUSTOMIZED ITEM?

We remind you that goods that have been custom-made to your specifications or that have been modified from standard dimensions are excluded from the right of return and exchange.
